Everything you need to know about AI Data Authority
AI Data Authority is a legal agreement authorizing Beconova to submit correction and deletion requests to AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude or Kimi on your behalf. Based on GDPR Art. 16 (Right to Rectification) and Art. 17 (Right to Erasure).
We currently support correction requests to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Kimi (Moonshot AI), Perplexity, Grok (xAI), Copilot (Microsoft) and DeepSeek. The list is continuously expanded.
Processing time depends on the respective AI platform. Typically you receive a response within 30 days. Beconova tracks the status automatically and informs you of changes.
Per ToS §18, license revocations are automatically sent to all AI platforms at contract end. This prevents further use of your data by the platforms.
Beconova automates correction requests under GDPR Art. 16 on behalf of the customer to AI platforms. As of April 2026, we are not aware of any other GEO provider with this feature.
GDPR Art. 16 strictly covers personal data (e.g., name, address, reviews about a person). For corrections of factually incorrect product, price, or location data about your business, we additionally rely on general accuracy/correction obligations of the platforms and their compliance/trust processes. Success rates vary by platform and data type.
