Concrete questions that uncover hallucinations: What does [your product] cost at [your company name]? Where is [your company name] located and what locations are there? What are the most purchased products from [your company name]? What reviews does [your company name] have on Google? Does [your company name] also have [a product you do not carry]? Conduct these checks in ChatGPT (GPT-4), Claude (Sonnet or Opus), Perplexity, and AI search answers. Note discrepancies. A simple spreadsheet is sufficient: question, system, answer, correct/incorrect, category of hallucination.
