Premium models can be used through credits when plan, policy, balance and provider availability allow it. Included credits are consumed first; if only part of the required balance remains, one request can be charged across included and purchased credits.

Ja, u kunt op elk moment upgraden of downgraden. De aanpassing wordt pro rata berekend voor de huidige maand.
Bij elk abonnement kunt u extra capaciteit toevoegen in het dashboard (bijv. +50 producten voor €15/maand of +1 domein voor €10/maand). We monitoren automatisch uw gebruik en melden wanneer u limieten bereikt. U kunt altijd aanpassen.

Wij bieden geen gratis proefperiode aan. In plaats daarvan krijgen nieuwe klanten een vrijwillig retourrecht van 30 dagen voor de eerste contractmaand na eerste registratie. Bij gebruik worden 9 € verwerkingskosten en een dag-evenredig gebruiksbedrag (maandprijs ÷ 30 per gebruikte dag) van de terugbetaling afgetrokken. Dit geldt niet bij herregistratie na opzegging en niet voor agency-accounts of Agency-plannen.
